Everyone has heard about one diet or the other and might you might have even tried one of two. One of the diets currently trending is a Ketogenic diet.

When on a ketogenic diet you have a daily carb intake limit and you double up on your healthy fats intake. You are limited to non – starchy vegetables, adequate protein and low carbs. A Ketogenic diet is very effective and a lot of people have only said good things about it.

There are pros and cons to every diet and we will be talking ketogenic diet. We have invited a nutritionist and someone who has effectively used the diet to come on the show as we discuss it.
