Low carbs diet, zero carb diet and keto diets have become very popular and we decided to go over why people actually need carbs.

We had experienced nutritionist, Princess Kate Emiko who came to talk to us about the importance of carbs for a balanced and healthy diet.

She and Tunmise had a great time on the show going over the basics. It must be noted that before you get on any low-carb diet you need to know that it isn’t permanent and it’s not very realistic.

Princess┬áKate closed the show saying “A person who isn’t consuming carbs is like a car with no gas”.
