The brand new season of Truppr chat kicked off on Friday. The show covered eating healthy and keeping it interesting.

There’s a common misconception that eating healthy is boring and we decided to dedicate the show to letting people know different ways to spice up their food.

We had a nutritionist and personal trainer, Olubanke Claude-Wilcox of fit and well on the show. Jennifer Amarhavwie of Dazzle fresh was also on the show and we were able to get tips from a chef and a nutritionist.

They even went ahead to give us recipes for the perfect meal. Listen to the show below:
