Some of the exciting fruit recipes that are easily achievable in Nigeria, here are the recipes below;

1.Pineapple, Strawberry & Water Melon

Pineapples are a match made in heaven and to add more flavour by adding strawberries. It’s easily achievable here in Nigeria. Blend Chopped pineapple chunks,  Blend with 1 cup cubed fresh seeded watermelon and Blend 2 cups each chopped pineapple.

2. Kale , Apples & Bananas

1 ripe banana, sliced

2 apples, sliced

1 cup of Kale

3. Cucumber , Banana & Carrots

1 cucumber , sliced

2 banana, sliced

2 carrots, sliced

4. Banana, Avocado & Oats

2 Bananas, Sliced

1 Avocado, sliced

1 cup of oats

5. Strawberries , Banana,  Granola , Greek Yoghurt

How to make it :

1 cup  plain Greek yoghurt
1 Banana
½  orange juice
6 frozen strawberries
1 cup Granola

You can add extra spice to your smoothies by adding chia seeds or ginger.  Other fruits like coconut, mango and pawpaw can be added to your smoothies as well.
