Hydration is a very important part staying healthy and there are various ways to stay hydrated.

Watermelon – 91.5% water content


As the name implies, watermelon contains a lot of water.

Strawberries – 91.0% water content

All berries are good foods for hydration, but juicy red strawberries are easily the best of the bunch. Raspberries and blueberries both hover around 85% water, while blackberries are only slightly better at 88.2%.

Cucumber – 96.7% Water content


Cucumbers are really great, you can eat them as they are, blend into a ssmoothie or try out different cooking recipes with it.


Tomatoes  – 94.5% water content


Tomatoes make an excellence hydrating snack, be sure to always include in your salads.

Broccoli – 90.7% water content


Not only does broccoli have lots of fiber, potassium, vitamin A, and vitamin C it also helps to stay hydrated.
