This show focuses on your well-being and explores different ways you can be more active, from your eating habits to paying more attention to your health and also getting involved in sporting activities.

We have covered over 20 episodes of truppr chat and we are currently recording the second season. Truppr Chat is constantly finding ways to teach people about their bodies, health and nutrition.

It has been a really fun experience where we have met with over 35 professionals in the world of fitness and had them educate our listeners on the show.
